Can I use my insurance?
RMT and registered acupuncture may be covered under your extended health plan. Direct billing is available with most insurers. Coverage, limits and eligibility depend on your plan and practitioner. Spa massage is non-RMT and is not insurance eligible.
Where do I choose my practitioner and time?
Select “Book RMT” or “Book acupuncture” to open Jane, then choose your service, practitioner and available appointment. Select “Book spa” to view treatments and live availability in Fresha. Your booking is confirmed by the booking provider.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Check Jane or Fresha for current availability. Same-day appointments depend on the practitioner’s schedule. You can also call the clinic at (778) 234-0800 or the spa at (778) 234-1899.
